Got a call "From Spiceworks"

I had a similar call back in September.

I only answered it since it was early morning and I hadn't been caffeinated.

I've also had calls where the caller claimed to be from Dell or HP, but as soon as I heard white paper, I knew they weren't, and politely declined to continue the conversation.
